Inspection
With the increase in production line speeds and the focus on product output at an all-time high, periodic line inspections are more important than ever. Line inspection provides a clear picture of the condition of wearable parts in conveyor systems.
Parts
The following parts need inspection:
-
Conveyor Gearbox - (running inspection for noise, standstill - temperature measurement, oil is removed in case of deviations)
-
Conveyor belt – elongation, thickness and optical detection
-
Drive/idler sprockets - wear on the teeth/backlash
-
Drive/idler bearings – movement/oil residues
-
Curves – inner radius wear
-
Wearstrips – wear on the top layer, clean transitions
-
Return rollers - rotation/wear
-
Roller tracks – backlash/transition gears teeth
The critical parts are grouped in a parts list with supplier and customer codes in consultation with the customer.

Recommendations Reporting
The results are combined in a clear recommendation report. This shows which parts need to be replaced to prevent malfunctions.
Budget Analysis
Max-Line specializes in budget analyses. We calculate the budget needed to achieve the highest possible OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Inventory Management
Max-Line has specialist knowledge of almost all spare part manufacturers in the market. This allows us to determine which parts should be in stock for each production line. Thanks to this product knowledge, we can significantly reduce stock. From our customers' experience, we see that one in ten parts are no longer used in the customer's production lines. In addition, there can be much profit to gain through standardization.
